There's not much to say about Tari. She doesn't have any memory prior to being turned and has spent the past 17 years with Corrupt doing... Whatever the hell they do during their free time. She is a little confused as to why Kané needs to be protected (or why anyone would be after her for that matter), but looks after her as well. She's an assasin, though, unlike Takeshi and the others, she doesn't work for a specific person or organization.

She often maintains a blank expression and can appear to be uninterested in the feelings of others, but she really is a nice person. A nice person who will slice your head off with a scythe if you're not careful.
